Anne Buydens, the widow of legendary actor Kirk Douglas, celebrated her 101st birthday on Thursday.
For her special day, members of the Douglas family shared touching tributes, commenting on how much she means to the family.
Buydens was married to Kirk Douglas for over six decades, until his death in February 2020.
Actor Michael Douglas shared a photo with his stepmother and his late father, Kirk. "Happy birthday Anne Douglas!" he captioned the post. "The best stepmother a stepson could hope for! ❤️"
Michael Douglas' wife, actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, also shared a loving tribute for Buydens.
"Happy Birthday to my extraordinary step mother in Law. Our Queen, our Oma," she wrote. "You personify everything that is good in a woman. I admire you and love you so very much."
"Anne Douglas thank you for everything that you have done for people in our world," she added.
In another post, Cameron Douglas, Michael Douglas' son, said, "Happy Birthday Oma 🥂 Here’s to 101 years of Love, Light and Guidance! We Love you!"
