The first glimpse of the big-screen Michael Jackson musical biopic "Michael" is here.

The official teaser, released Thursday, stars the late King of Pop's nephew, Jaafar Jackson.

Jaafar Jackson is the son of Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine Jackson.

In the clip, Jaafar Jackson portrays his uncle, complete with MJ's iconic looks.

He's seen performing choreography onstage, shooting music videos for "Thriller" and "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough," and recording in the studio with Quincy Jones, played by Kendrick Sampson.

According to a synopsis for the highly anticipated film, "Michael" will give audiences "a front-row seat to Michael Jackson as never before."

The film follows his journey from the lead of the Jackson 5 "to the visionary artist whose creative ambition fueled a relentless pursuit to become the biggest entertainer in the world," the synopsis continues.

Highlights from Michael Jackson' solo onstage performances will be featured, as well as moments from his life beyond music.

Also starring in the film, directed by Antoine Fuqua ("Training Day," "The Equalizer," and "The Terminal List"), are Juliano Krue Valdi as young Michael, Colman Domingo as Joe Jackson and Nia Long as Katherine Jackson, according to IMDB. 

Kat Graham and Miles Teller play Diana Ross and lawyer John Branca, respectively, with Laura Harrier portraying music exec Suzanne de Passe.

"Michael" will arrive in theaters April 24, 2026.
