Tom Brady is sharing a loving message for his son Jack on his 16th birthday.

In his message, Brady, who shares Jack with ex and actress Bridget Moynahan, said his son has "changed our lives."

"16 years of joy with the (sweetest, kindest, most loving etc etc) son, brother, friend and teammate any parent could ever hope for," Brady wrote in the caption of an Instagram post that included photos of him and Jack with his siblings Benjamin and Vivian.

"You have changed our lives since the day you were born and everyday since has been such a blessing for everyone who knows you and is lucky to have you in their life," he continued.

Brady ended his post by talking about how this new chapter in Jack's life also means it's time for his learner's permit.

"I'm gonna make sure I'm off the road," the former NFL player joked.

Brady's ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, Jack's stepmother, also shared a sweet message for Jack on Instagram alongside a throwback photo of her with him when he was a baby.

"Happy Birthday Jack!" Bündchen wrote in the caption. "I can't believe you are turning 16! I remember when you were just a little peanut and now you are towering over me."

"I am so lucky to have you in my life and I will always be here for you no matter what!" she added. "Love you so much!"

Brady and Bündchen were together for 13 years before they announced their divorce in October 2022.

The former couple married in 2009 and had two biological children together: Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10.

Upon news of their divorce, Brady wrote in an Instagram post that their kids "will continue to be the center of our world in every way," and that he and Bündchen would "continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve."

In an interview with Vanity Fair in March, Bündchen echoed Brady's message of making co-parenting a top priority.

"We're not playing against each other," she said. "We are a team, and that's beautiful."
