The tracklist for DMX's posthumous album, "Exodus," has been revealed.

On Friday, Swizz Beatz -- the late rapper's longtime friend and career-long producer -- shared the 13-song tracklist to social media and it's nothing short of star-studded, with collaborations with Jay-Z, Nas, Alicia Keys, Bono, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne and Usher, just to name a few.

"Exodus" is set to be released May 28 through Def Jam, DMX's first with the label since 2003's "Grand Champ."

DMX, born Earl Simmons, died April 9 after suffering a heart attack. He was 50.
