Fans of the Zac Brown Band came to Fenway Park in Boston on Sunday for a concert and left with a free cruise.

The band surprised fans midway through the sold-out show at the historic ballpark with an announcement that each person in attendance would be gifted a spot on a Margaritaville At Sea cruise.

The surprise was Brown's gift to the fans to celebrate the band's 15th consecutive sell-out at the ballpark -- a record, according to a press release from the band and the Margaritaville At Sea cruise line.

"I'm buying every single person here a cruise for two people on the boat," Brown said during Sunday's show, calling it "the biggest giveaway in history."

Brown unveiled the surprise just before the band performed their 2021 song "Same Boat."

The band previously sang a version of "Same Boat" with Buffett, the late singer-songwriter behind the Margaritaville at Sea concept and Margaritaville restaurant chain.

The cruise surprise is indeed the largest audience gift in live entertainment history, according to this week's press release, which noted that the trips for the more than 37,000 fans are worth more than $40 million.

The release added that at future tour stops, the Zac Brown Band will be giving away four cruises per show.
