Uber Eats is getting back in the game-day action this NFL season with a new food-centric ad starring Philadelphia Eagles superfan Bradley Cooper.

In the new ad, which will air during "Sunday Night Football" on Sept. 14, fans will see die-hard Eagles fan Cooper in a boardroom at the NFL headquarters, reflecting on how his team's 2025 Super Bowl title was overshadowed by a theory that the Eagles only won the game as a way to sell more buffalo wings.

"You know what they're saying out there?" Cooper asks executives in the boardroom in the commercial, a preview of which was released online Friday. "They're saying that football is only here to sell food."

"Deny the conspiracy," he pleads to the executives. "Publicly deny it."

The ad is a call-back to a spot that aired during the 2025 Super Bowl featuring actor Matthew McConaughey sparking the conspiracy theory that football only exists in order to sell food.

Cooper, in the new campaign, makes it his mission to defend football's athletic roots and debunk the food-spiracy.

Uber Eats, the NFL's official delivery partner, told ABC News that Cooper will enlist all-star guests, including NFL legends Troy Aikman and Jerry Rice, in his quest to debunk the conspiracy theory in a series of spots running throughout the NFL season.

In some of the spots, quarterbacks are seen "scrambling" more than usual in an effort to boost egg sales, while Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield serves as an industry plant to promote bread.

"For me, football has always been about more than just the game -- it's about the experience, the community, and of course, the food," Cooper told ABC News in a statement about the new ad. "From the buzz of a tailgate to hanging out with friends, food is a huge part of what brings us together. That's why I'm excited to partner with Uber Eats -- to celebrate that game-day tradition."
