Tyra Banks shares body-positive message for her birthday: 'My body is fuller. And so is my mind'
Tyra Banks celebrated her birthday with a great photo and message to match.
The model, television host and businesswoman posted an image of herself on Instagram wearing a floral-printed bodysuit that included a small yellow heart in the corner.
"It's my birthday! And every year this body of mine keeps changing," Banks captioned the picture. "My body of work and my body ody ody."
She continued, "My body is fuller. And so is my mind."
Banks' inspiring words have received over 330,000 likes.
In a comment, actor Don Benjamin wished the 48-year-old supermodel a happy birthday followed with, "Thank you for continuing to be a light to this world!!!! Pray this year brings you even more blessings and happiness!"
Several others echoed similar sentiments.
Banks has had a fashion-filled year and recently joined on as host and executive producer for "Dancing With the Stars" season 30.
During her time on the show, she wore everything from a Cinderella-like Christian Cowan tulle dress to a fun Britney Spears-inspired look.
