\"Eyes of Wakanda\" follows the Ryan Coogler-directed film, \"Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,\" which was the sequel to the 2018 film \"Black Panther.\"

\"Black Panther: Wakanda Forever\" followed Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M'Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje as they fought \"to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T'Challa's death.\"

The cast also included Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena, Alex Livanalli, Tenoch Huerta -- who plays Namor, king of a hidden undersea nation -- and more.

All four episodes of the new Marvel series will arrive on Disney+ on Aug. 1.
