The two will be featured in an episode airing Oct. 10 in what's expected to be a dramatic, emotion-filled story line.

A teaser for the episode reads: \"A patient at the hospital is brain dead after falling into a construction site, and her two sisters must decide whether or not to keep her alive.\"

Combs shared a photo with Milano and \"Grey's Anatomy\" Showrunner Krista Vernoff and executive producer and writer for the show, Andy Reaser.
