Bure also promised to share some tips of how to do good for others while social distancing and quarantining.
\"In times of great distress, The Salvation Army is a beacon of hope and healing,\" she said in a press release. \"It's important to lean into faith, not fear, and there is a tremendous amount of good we can do while at home by supporting The Salvation Army.\"
The organization is also offering \"spiritual and emotional help\" during this time, according to Bure.
The actress is one of the many celebrities raising awareness to and fundraising for different organizations working to help those affected by the pandemic.
Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation donated $5 million in grants to organizations assisting in coronavirus relief efforts and Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos donated $1 million to the New York governor’s office to assist in purchasing more ventilators and WIN, an organization that runs shelters and supportive housing units in New York City.
