Cyrus concluded her note by thanking the cast, crew, her family and everyone who made her big break possible. But most of all, she expressed her gratitude to the character, which she calls “the greatest gift a girl could ask for.”

“You have all my love and utmost gratitude,” she concluded, addressing Hannah directly. “Breathing life into you for those 6 years was an honor.”

The show's official social media account responded to Cyrus' letter on Twitter, saying, \"Nice to hear from you @MileyCyrus. It’s only been a decade.\"

All episodes of \"Hannah Montana\" are now streaming on Disney+.
