While there are few details about her appearance, this isn't the first time Obama has appeared on a popular sitcom. She also guest starred on the season 6 finale of \"Parks and Recreation\" in 2014.

Series star Tracee Ellis Ross, who plays Dr. Rainbow \"Bow\" Johnson on the show, did open up about the end of \"Black-ish\" in a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar, saying it will be a bittersweet moment for her when it's over.

“I’m ready for it to be the end and also it’s going to be really hard. I mean, eight years we’ve watched the TV kids grow up. We’ve watched [Anthony Anderson’s] beard do tons of different things,” she said.

\"But also, I found my voice,\" Ross, 49, continued. \"It came before, but I really started using it during 'black-ish.'\"

\"Black-ish\" premiered in 2014 and has earned an Emmy. Ross won a Golden Globe in 2017 for her work on the show and, in doing so, she became the first Black actress to win best actress in a TV comedy since Debbie Allen won for \"Fame\" in 1983.
