Babytalk magazine and "GMA" Digital revealed the winner of the magazine's 2010 Cover Contest this morning: 11-month-old Isla Grace Schultz of Rochester, N.Y.

With her chubby cheeks, playful eyes, and strawberry blonde hair, Isla won the hearts of people across the country who logged on to the "Good Morning America" website and voted for her.

Isla will grace the December/January issue of Babytalk in a dress covered with hearts, a pink cap with ears and striped leg warmers.

"In the closest race in Babytalk Cover Contest history, we were thrilled to see gorgeous Isla take this year's top honors," said Ana Connery, Babytalk magazine's editorial director. "From her sparkling gray-blue eyes to those strawberry-blonde locks, Isla's connection to the camera is undeniable -- and voters certainly thought so too. Congratulations to Isla, her family and each of our adorable finalists and semi-finalists! You're all winners in our book."

During her photo shoot in Manhattan, stylists dubbed Isla "Pixie" and said her "sly smile" was her "it factor."

Babytalk editors said Isla loves to play games, especially peek-a-boo, with her big brother, Owen.

Her parents said her favorite food is yogurt and her favorite book is "Bear Snores On," by Karma Wilson.

In addition to being a cover girl, Isla and her family will receive a $1,000 gift card from JC Penney.

The 11th-annual contest was kicked off in May. Isla was one of eight semi-finalists chosen by Babytalk and "GMA" Digital from more than 15,000 entries in August.

The semi-finalists and their parents flew to New York for a professional photo shoot in September. Judges then reviewed their pictures and narrowed it down to three finalists -- Isla, 18-month-old River Adam Charles from Angola, Ind., and 13-month-old Bryce Mahleke Allen from Belle Rose, La.

Their photos were posted online and viewers crowned Isla the winner.
