OK, you want less fat, less cholesterol and more fiber in your breakfast. That might seem hard to do in your fast-paced world.

Does it seem like you only have time for coffee and a calorie-laden doughnut? How do you do the lower-fat, lower-cholesterol thing every morning -- and make it taste great?

Don't despair. ABCNews.com offers these tips so you and your family can get your day started right:

Eat high-fiber cereals for breakfast. You can actually get one-third to one-half your daily fiber requirement in a 160-calorie bowl because a lot of these high-fiber options have the added benefit of being low in calories. Want to know which cereals you should be eating? CLICK HERE for a list.
