Cam and Mitchell are back together again!

"Modern Family" star Eric Stonestreet, who played Cameron Tucker on the hit sitcom for 11 seasons, shared a video Monday of himself embracing his former co-star, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who played his onscreen husband, Mitchell Pritchett.

"A meet cute two years in the making," he captioned his post featuring their epic reunion in New York. "Missed this guy a lot. Love you @jessetyler #nyc"

Along with the video, he also included several photos of them posing together on a sidewalk, including one with Ferguson giving him a kiss on the cheek.

The cast from the sitcom appear to all still hold close bonds after the show's finale in April 2020; they're often photographed together and have shared many throwbacks of their fun times on the show.
