P.volve

Founded in 2017, P.volve is an accessible fitness method that connects mind to muscle. The resistance-based, high-intensity, low-impact movements are aimed to strengthen, sculpt and energize the entire body. P.volve Head of Talent and Training Antonietta Vicario teamed up with Ginger Zee for an equipment-free workout anyone can do from home.

Fitness by Zathan

Owner Zathan Simpson owns and operates CrossFit AC in Sutton, Massachusetts. He offers an at-home online product called "Fitness by Zathan," which requires little-to-no equipment and is for those who don't have time to go to the gym. According to Simpson, "Workouts are usually around 20 minutes and are meant for you to sweat and move the entirety of the workout."
