The teaser for the upcoming John Wick spinoff show is here.

Following the release of "John Wick: Chapter 4," a teaser for the upcoming miniseries "The Continental" dropped on Wednesday featuring the franchise's fan-favorite assassin hangout and the early career of Winston, the hotel manager of The Continental's New York flagship, who is portrayed by Ian McShane in the movies.

The teaser is short on words -- actually, there's no dialogue -- but it doesn't skimp on action, showing various hit-people arming up, as well as a gaggle of gunmen firing down into the shadows. The soundtrack also sets the scene for the show, which takes place in the '70s, with "I Feel Love" by Donna Summer.

Colin Woodell will play the younger version of Winston in the miniseries alongside Mel Gibson, Peter Greene, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Jessica Allain, Mishel Prada and Nhung Kate.

According to the series' official synopsis, "The three-part event will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centerpiece of the John Wick universe through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he's dragged into the Hell-scape of 1970's New York City to face a past he thought he'd left behind."

"Winston charts a deadly course through the hotel's mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to seize the hotel where he will eventually take his future throne," the synopsis continues.

Ahead of the teaser trailer, key art from the series was shared on social media that revealed details from The Continental, including the hotel's elevator buttons and a hotel door sign that reads "Prepare for check-in."

The upcoming series will debut in September on Peacock.
