Patrick Dempsey stepped out at the Venice Film Festival with his wife Jillian Fink.

The "Grey's Anatomy" alum and Fink, a professional makeup artist and clean beauty line founder, walked the red carpet in support of his newest film, "Ferrari," on Aug. 31 in Venice, Italy.

While Dempsey wore a classic tuxedo for the 80th Venice Film Festival, Fink wore a white dress with a jacket draped over her shoulder as she held onto Dempsey's arm.

Dempsey also posed for photos with "Ferrari" director Michael Mann and actor Adam Driver, who plays Enzo Ferrari, the founder of the Italian luxury sports car manufacturer, in the film.

Actors, like Driver, were given waivers to appear at the Venice Film Festival, despite the ongoing actors strike.

Penélope Cruz, Shailene Woodley, Sarah Gadon, Gabriel Leone and Jack O'Connell are also cast in the film, which was written by Troy Kennedy and based on a book by Brock Yates.

Dempsey and Fink's star-studded outing comes about a month after the longtime couple celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary.

"Ferrari" speeds into theaters Dec. 25.
