Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan reunited to celebrate a major family milestone as their son, Jack, graduated from high school.

The former couple appeared together in photos shared by Brady on Instagram Saturday, posing proudly alongside the 18-year-old graduate.

Jack wore a maroon cap and gown and held his diploma while standing between his parents.

Brady marked the occasion with a heartfelt message honoring his eldest child.

"One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what's already an impressive life. You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things," Brady wrote in the caption.

The former NFL star went on to praise his son's character and the way he treats others.

"What makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching," he wrote. "The way you show up for your friends. The way you check on people having a hard day. The love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while."

Brady concluded his tribute by encouraging Jack as he looks toward the future.

"This isn't an ending. It's a starting line," he added. "Whatever you chase next we know you'll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself. And know your family and friends are always right behind you cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else! We love you ❤️❤️❤️."

The Instagram post also included photos from the graduation ceremony and celebration.

Several family members were featured, including Brady's parents, Tom Sr. and Galynn, as well as Jack's younger siblings, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, whom Brady shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.

Brady and Moynahan welcomed Jack in 2007. Though they split before his birth, the former couple has remained committed to co-parenting their son.

Moynahan married businessman Andrew Frankel in 2015. Brady later married Bündchen in 2009. The couple announced their decision to divorce in 2022 after 13 years of marriage.

Since their split, Bündchen -- who welcomed her third child, a son, in 2025 -- has spoken candidly about co-parenting with Brady.

"It's natural that [they] have different rules and then kids just adapt," Bündchen told ABC News' Robin Roberts in a 2024 interview. "I can only control what I do. There's easier days than others, but I think the kids -- they're super smart children. They know what they can get away with."
