Taco Bell is fulfilling fans' wishes this holiday season and adding the popular Quesarito back to menus for a limited time.

Many Taco Bell menu items have a cult following, with deeply loyal customers creating online petitions, Reddit pages and even dedicated social media accounts to plead for the return of certain beloved bites like the Quesarito.

The Quesarito from Taco Bell returns to menus for a limited-time this holiday season.

The Southern California-based Mexican-inspired fast food chain confirmed that the hot and cheesy burrito was one of the most requested comebacks in Taco Bell history, and is officially available starting Thursday for a limited time for $4.99, though prices may vary by location.

The Quesarito is a grilled quesadilla wrap that's filled with seasoned beef, seasoned rice, chipotle sauce, reduced fat sour cream and cheeses.

Taco Bell wants NBA star Nikola Jokic to try the Quesarito after an ad for the menu item eclipsed his 2014 draft-day moment.

In what the brand described as a full circle moment involving longstanding Quesarito lore, it is tapping into a viral moment from 2014, when a Taco Bell commercial eclipsed the NBA draft announcement of Serbian center Nikola Jokić.

That ad -- which was promoting the Quesarito -- famously rolled as the Denver Nuggets made their second round selection, overshadowing Jokić being named as the 41st overall pick.

In tandem with the return to menus, Taco Bell has fittingly called on Jokić to finally try the Quesarito for the first time and is offering a friendly apology for the coincidence that ultimately became a viral sports moment.

During a special drop on Tuesday Dec. 23, the first 30,000 Taco Bell Rewards Members can score a $1 Quesarito at 2 p.m. PT, exclusively in the Taco Bell app.
