Seeing the post make its way to Silverstone, Thompson took to Instagram to share her disbelief.

Like Cher and Dionne in Amy Heckerling’s \"Clueless,\" Portman and Thompson play pals in Taika Waititi's \"Thor: Love and Thunder\" alongside the god of thunder himself, Chris Hemsworth.
Portman plays Jane Foster, Thor's former girlfriend who now wields his mythical hammer Mjölnir as the Mighty Thor, while Thompson plays Valkyrie, who was made the king of New Asgard at the end of 2019's \"Avengers: Endgame.\"
\"Thor: Love and Thunder\" hits theaters July 8.
