\"When choosing an oven, it's important to know what type of pizza you're trying to produce since different styles of pizza will require different baking conditions. There are so many styles of pizza, it's important to have your goal in mind before making any oven purchases.You can make great pizza in any oven that reaches above 450 F, but some styles of pizza, like New York style or Neapolitan, benefit from the elevated temperatures of a specialized pizza oven. Additionally, pizza ovens have a stone, brick or steel hearth that the pizza bakes directly on. This helps the crust bake properly leading to a crisp, caramelized, and structurally sound pizza. \"You'll need some tools before you can start making pizza. Make sure you have a kitchen scale to weigh the ingredients before mixing your dough. Pizza making is a process and the skills are developed through practice. Don't get discouraged when the pizza is not perfect, just make another one!\"
