Iman unveils new fragrance inspired by her love for David Bowie

Iman has unveiled her first fragrance inspired by her love for David Bowie.

The supermodel and activist posted a stunning photo on Instagram of herself holding the new Love Memoir eau de parfum along with the caption, "My love memoir lives because I live."

Launched on HSN, the latest fragrance features scents surrounding bergamot, rose, jasmine, vanilla and several other alluring notes.

"Love Memoir is a tribute to the memories I shared with my husband, David Bowie," Iman shared in a statement.

In addition to Iman's new Love Memoir eau de parfum, there's also an accompanying purse spray as well as a body lotion ranging from prices $24.95 to $84.95.

Iman began crafting the fragrance during the pandemic and opened up to People about finding healing as well as ease in creating it in the upstate New York home they shared together.

"There is an alchemy and magic to it," she told the publication. "I put in the woodsy vetiver that reminds me of David and the cologne he wore the night we met, and then the bergamot of Tuscany, where we were married."

Iman also shared that the unique design of the bottle which features a gilded, bronze-toned top and bottom is an ode to the sunsets her and Bowie loved as well as her own African heritage.

Bowie and Iman married in 1992 and share one daughter named Alexandria Zahra Jones.

The duo remained married until Bowie's death in 2016 from liver cancer.
