Jeremy Renner shared a recent health update with his fans, proving he's back at it following a near-fatal snowplow accident earlier this year.
In a video shared to his Twitter on Sunday, the "Hawkeye" actor is seen using a special anti-gravity treadmill, which secures the user's pelvis and provides weight relief, allowing them to walk normally but with less of their body weight on their hips, knees, and feet as they recover.
The Marvel star, 52, says in the video that he's walking using "40% of my weight" as he puts in the work.
Renner captioned the snippet, "I now have to find OTHER things to occupy my time so my body can recover from my will. #minduful #intended #recovery."
He also shared the same clip to his Instagram story, captioning it, "Now is the time for my body to rest and recover from my will."
