There are so many styles of pizza, it's important to have your goal in mind before making any oven purchases.You can make great pizza in any oven that reaches above 450 F, but some styles of pizza, like New York style or Neapolitan, benefit from the elevated temperatures of a specialized pizza oven. Additionally, pizza ovens have a stone, brick or steel hearth that the pizza bakes directly on. This helps the crust bake properly leading to a crisp, caramelized, and structurally sound pizza. What advice do you have for making pizza at home?
