Duchess Meghan wears chic white shirt dress to close out royal tour

One of her final looks during the 10-day royal tour to South Africa included a chic belted white shirt dress that paired perfectly with nude-toned pumps and red earrings.

She wore this dress for her visit to YES which is a Johannesburg-based organization that gives back to black youth and creates new work opportunities for them.
