Jennifer Lopez stuns wearing a breastplate at ELLE's Women in Hollywood Awards
Jennifer Lopez has always been an outstanding red carpet superstar, and her latest look continues to prove it.
The multi-hyphenate mogul commanded attention while wearing a chrome breastplate to ELLE's 2023 Women in Hollywood Awards.
For the celebratory Los-Angeles affair, Lopez's striking crop top was from Grace Ling's spring/summer 2024 ready-to-wear collection. It was paired with a long black maxi skirt, dazzling drop earrings and a Tyler Ellis clutch.
She finished the look with smokey eye makeup, a pulled-back sleek bun, and gold nails.
"The Mother" star attended alongside her husband, Ben Affleck, who wore a classic black suit. The couple, who tied the knot in 2022, were photographed sharing a kiss while on the red carpet.
The annual star-studded affair honors women who are influencing Hollywood based on everything from red carpet appearances to top women behind the camera, as well as many of ELLE's cover stars.
In addition to Lopez, other honorees included Taraji P. Henson, Greta Lee, Fantasia Barrino, Eva Longoria, Jodie Foster, Lily Gladstone, Nina Garcia, America Ferrera, and Danielle Brooks.
In Lopez's interview for ELLE's 2023 Women in Hollywood issue, she touched on misconceptions about aging and roles for older women.
"People have realized that women just get sexier as they get older. They get more learned and richer with character," Lopez said. "All of that is very beautiful and attractive, and not just physically, but on the inside, the beauty that you gain as you get older, the wisdom you gain."
The "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer is also gearing up to release a new album titled "This Is Me... Now" on Feb. 16.
