Paul Walker's daughter honors her late father on 7th anniversary of his death
It's been seven years since "The Fast and the Furious" star Paul Walker unexpectedly died in a car crash at age 40, but his daughter, Meadow Walker, is keeping his memory alive.
Meadow Walker, his only child, took to Instagram on the anniversary of his death to mark the solemn date and celebrate her dad's life, sharing a sweet photo of her much younger self cuddled up against her father's chest for a rest.
"A silly day to remember in sadness," she wrote in the caption. "Today’s a celebration of the love and happiness you brought to the world."
"Here’s a photo of my best bud & I napping," she concluded.
Friends of the Walker family immediately flooded the comments section with words of encouragement for Meadow, now 22, and memories of the late actor.
Vin Diesel took to Instagram with his own tribute to Walker, who starred with him in five movies in the "Fast and Furious" franchise.
"Seven years... Not a day passes... All love, Always," Diesel, 53, wrote.
"My forever angel. My two protectors and supporters. He’s with us always," Meadow replied. "So blessed to call him and dad and best friend. Endless love."
Walker died on Nov. 30, 2013, when Meadow was just 15 years old.
